 50 g Bulgur
 ½ Beetroot
 ½ Carrots
 ½ Pickled cucumber
 ¼ Onion
 30 g Ready beans
 1 tsp Olive oil
 Salt taste
 Peppertaste

Pre-soak beans and boil until cooked;

We cook or cook beets and carrots in a double boiler;

Cut pickled cucumber and onion into cubes, combine with boiled vegetables and beans;

Season the salad with olive oil and pepper, salt to taste.

Vinaigrette served with ready-made bulgur.
