 250 g Broccoli
 40 g Chicken breast
 ½ Onion
 1 tsp Whole wheat flour
 Cream
 ½ Lemon
 Ground pepper taste
  Salttaste
 10 g Almond

Cook the chicken stock. Put chicken from the broth in the refrigerator. It can be used, for example, for a snack: quickly fry in a dry pan and make a sandwich with vegetables or lunch: for a side dish, make a vegetable salad with chicken fillet;

Boil broccoli in chicken stock;

Cut the onion into cubes, sauté in a pan greased with olive oil;

Add 1 tsp flour and cream. Warm everything up. Pour into cabbage, season for 1 - 2 Minutes in a blender;

Add salt, lemon juice, pepper to taste. Fry almonds and sprinkle soup (petals).
