 200 g Broccoli
 1 Egg
 1 tbsp whole grain flour(or oatmeal)
 20 g Hard cheese
 100 ml Organic yogurt 2.5%(without additives)
 Salttaste
 Peppertaste
 Greenstaste

Boil broccoli in boiling water for 5 - 7 Minutes;

Separately, beat 1 egg, whole grain flour (oatmeal can), salt, pepper, herbs, grate hard cheese, mix with chopped broccoli;

Put in a preheated pan, fry for 3 Minutes on each side (in a non-stick pan without oil or in ghee);

Put on a plate, serve with yogurt.
