 100 g Broccoli (inflorescences)
 20 g Cream Cheese (nonfat)
 20 g Dill
 10 g Pistachios(any nuts)
 1 tsp Olive oil
 1 tsp Lemon juice

Boil the broccoli in boiling salted water for 5 - 7 Minutes (so that the cabbage retains its color - immediately after we get the broccoli, we send it for a couple of minutes in ice or ice water);

Cream cheese is mixed with lemon juice, butter and finely chopped pistachios and dill (for vegans - you can simply mix butter with lemon juice, nuts and herbs);

Pour the finished broccoli with cheese sauce.

Paste a snack once a day for a long period of time between breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner.
