 60 g Lentils
 150 g Mushrooms
 50 g A tomato
 100 g Tofu
 100 g Cauliflower
 Turmerictaste

Pre-soak lentils, boil, add turmeric and herbs;

Cut mushrooms, put in a pan, add herbs, tomato, simmer until cooked for 7 - 10 Minutes.

Add tofu, chopped cauliflower, herbs, spices to taste, mix, simmer for another 5 - 7 Minutes. Serve with lentils.
