 ½ Cabbage
 1 Carrot
 1 Onion
 200 g Mushrooms
 ½ cup Tomato juice
 Bay leaf

Dice the onion and fry in a deep pan or pan;

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater to the onion, the fire should not be large, so that the vegetables are not very fried, but rather stewed;

When the cabbage juice is completely evaporated, pour in a little tomato juice, mix. Stew cabbage on low heat until the moisture evaporates - 10 - 15 Minutes;

In a separate pan, heat a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry the mushrooms cut into strips, add them a little.

Fry the mushrooms until the moisture evaporates and they became golden in color;

Ready mushrooms are sent to the cabbage and mix well, you can add chopped garlic clove.
