 ½ Cabbage(small)
 1 Carrot
 1 Onion(small)
 1 Beet
 12 Potatoes
 1 tbsp Tomato paste
 1 tsp Sour cream
 Salttaste
 Peppertaste

Add boiled potatoes to boiling water.

Cut beets into slices and add to potatoes

Cut onions, carrots into cubes, sauté in a pan greased with olive oil.

Add tomato paste. Put out 3 Minutes. And add to the water with potatoes and beets.

Chop the cabbage and add to the borsch.

Salt, pepper to taste.
