 70 g Beet
 40 g Feta
 20 g Walnuts
 100 g Salad Mix
 1 tsp Olive oil
 1 tsp Balsamic
 Sea salt taste
 Peppertaste

Put the beets cooked until cooked. Ideally - in a double boiler for 20 Minutes until the first softness;

Pear cut into slices and fry in a hot pan (preferably grill) without oil for a couple of minutes on each side;

Combine olive oil and soy sauce to a homogeneous consistency;

On the leaves of the salad we spread the pieces of cheese, half rings of beets, crushed nuts and slices of pear. Top with dressing.
