Beans, pre-soak (preferably at night), boil until tender;

We spread it in a pan, add tomatoes, herbs, spices to taste, cook for 5 - 10 Minutes;

Cut mozzarella, tomatoes, add spinach / arugula, herbs, season with olive oil, salt / pepper to taste.
