BEAN CUTLETS (120 G) WITH VEGETABLE SALAD (200 G)

 100 g Cooked Beans(Raw) - 50 g
 1 tbsp Pea flour
 ½ tsp Ground ginger
 ¼ Onion
 ½ Egg (optional)
 1/2 clove of garlic
 1 tbsp Olive oil
 Sea salt taste
  Peppertaste
 5 tsp Dried oregano(any herbs)
 ¼ Sweet pepper
 70 g Green beans
 1 A tomato
 1 tsp Sesame
 Lemontaste
Cutlets:

Ready beans with onions, garlic and ginger in a blender bring to uniformity;

Add the spices, flour and egg to the minced meat. Mix everything;

Lubricate the baking dish with olive oil using a cotton pad or pastry brush. Bake for 25 Minutes at a temperature of 180 C. But it’s important not to overdry.

* Beans must first be soaked for several hours / overnight. As a substitute may be chickpeas or lentils.

Salad:

We cut all vegetables at will;

Oregano (any herbs), sea salt and pepper are mixed with olive oil and lemon juice;

In vegetables, add sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
