70 g Green beans
1 A tomato
1 tsp Sesame

Cutlets:

Ready beans with onions, garlic and ginger in a blender bring to uniformity;

Add the spices, flour and egg to the minced meat. Mix everything;

Lubricate the baking dish with olive oil using a cotton pad or pastry brush. Bake for 25 Minutes at a temperature of 180 C. But it’s important not to overdry.
* Beans must first be soaked for several hours / overnight. As a substitute may be chickpeas or lentils.
