 1 tsp Coconut flakes
 1 tbsp Sour cream 15%
 1 tbsp Oat flour
 3 g Coconut oil
 150 g Raspberries(fresh or frozen)

Mix the ingredients: curd cheese, banana, sesame, coconut, flour, egg. Mix. For better bonding, you can add egg yolk.
