 170 g Cod(or dorado, perch, hake, pangasius, pollock)
 200 g Broccoli
 50 g Carrot
 1 tbsp Sour cream 10%
 1 tsp Olive oil
 20 g Dill or parsley
 1 tsp Sesame
 Sea salttaste
 Peppertaste
 Nutmegtaste
 Lemon juicetaste

Wash and dry the fish with a paper towel. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, pepper, add nutmeg and sesame. Leave on for 10 Minutes.

While the fish is pickling, cook broccoli for 10 minutes after boiling water. Cut the carrots into thin strips.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, put the fish in a baking dish, put broccoli and carrots next to it, grease with oil and bake for 20 Minutes.
