 150 g Tofu
 200 g Peas(fresh or frozen)
 30 g Avocado
 70 g Cucumber
 100 g Radish
 20 g Spinach
 1 tsp Olive oil
 Greenstaste
 Lemon juicetaste
 Salt taste

Preheat the oven to 180-200C. Pre marinate the tofu (salt / pepper, herbs), spread on a baking sheet,bake for 10 Minutes, put on a dish;

Steam green peas or dip in boiling water for 5 - 7 Minutes, transfer to a blender, add avocado olive oil + greens, whisk until puree. Spread to tofu;

Shred the cucumber, radish, send it to the bowl, add 8-10 leaves of spinach, herbs, season with lemon juice, 1 tsp of olive oil.
