Pear cut into two halves and clean the middle, making boats;

In a blender (or using a fork), mix the cottage cheese, mascarpone and cream. Bring to a homogeneous consistency;

We stuff with pear cheese mixture, sprinkle with cinnamon on top and send to the oven preheated to 180C for 20 - 25 Minutes until golden brown on the cheese;

Cooled pears can be poured a little honey (optional) and left to cool.
