 100 g Cod fillet
 ½ Eggplant
 40 g Broccoli
 40 g Cauliflower
 40 g Green beans
 1 tsp Olive oil
 25 g Buckwheat
 1 tsp Lemon juice
 1 tsp Sesame seeds
 ½ Ginger and nutmeg
 Sea salttaste
 Peppertaste

Pre-wash and dry the fillet with a damp cloth. Then pickle for 10 Minutes in lemon juice, spices, salt, pepper and sesame;

Sprinkle the vegetables with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste;

On a baking sheet we spread baking paper, spread the vegetables, and on top - fillet in seasonings;

We wrap the paper tightly so that we get an envelope and put it in a preheated oven up to 200С for 20 Minutes. When serving, carefully cut the envelope - hot steam and liquid accumulate inside.

We serve fish with vegetables with buckwheat porridge.
