 200 g Cherry Tomatoes (regular)

In a preheated frying pan, fry coarsely chopped garlic in oil. After a minute, add the tomatoes (cut to taste, depending on whether we want more sauce or large pieces). Salt, pepper and fry until the first softness and turn off the fire;

Put cheese in a baking dish, add tomatoes, herbs on top and bake until the first golden crust in the oven (preheated to 200 ° C).

Use this dish as a complement to salads, grilled vegetables, sandwiches or pasta. It can be breakfast, snack or lunch. But remember, during the period of weight loss it is worth consuming no more than 30-40 g of cheese per day.
