 220 g Chicken (thigh or leg) with bones (or 170 g - without bones)
 250 g Vegetable mix(large vegetables)
 1 tbsp Olive oil
 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
 20 g Fresh greens(parsley, dill)
 Sea salttaste
 Peppertaste
 Dried herbstaste
For veg. replacements:
 170 g Cod

Heat the oven to 220 ° C.

Sprinkle vegetables and poultry with olive oil, vinegar, sprinkle with salt, pepper and dry herbs.

Put the chicken on vegetables and bake for
20 - 25 Minutes
until the chicken is ready.

Cool and serve with fresh herbs.
