 1 An Apple
 1 Egg yolk
 1 tsp Honey

Wash the apple, cut off the “lid”. With a teaspoon, carefully remove the seed core without cutting through the apple and leaving a thick wall.

Put cottage cheese (curd) and egg yolk in a blender bowl (or knead with a fork). Process into a homogeneous mass. If desired, you can add washed and dried small raisins.

Put the apple in a suitable baking dish. Fill the apple with the curd filling tightly.

Bake in the oven preheated to 190С for about 30 Minutes, the readiness can be checked with a knife, the wall of the apple should be easily pierced. Add honey to the cooled apple.
