Wash the apple, cut off the “lid”. With a teaspoon, carefully remove the seed core without cutting through the apple and leaving a thick wall.
Put cottage cheese (curd) and egg yolk in a blender bowl (or knead with a fork). Process into a homogeneous mass. If desired, you can add washed and dried small raisins.
