ROLLS WITH TUNA, APPLE AND CRANBERRIES

 2 Tortilla cakes
 2 Cucumbers
 A few lettuce leaves
 250 g Cream cheese
 250 g Canned tuna
 1 Apple
 ½ Red onion
 Dried cranberriestaste
 2 tsp Lemon juicetaste
 Salttaste
 Peppertaste

Mash tuna with a fork and mix with finely chopped onion, apple and dried cranberries. Add 200 g of cream cheese and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste, mix. Cut the cucumber into thin strips, rinse and dry the lettuce leaves. Spread the filling on the tortilla. Roll the cake into a dense roll, smear the seam with the remaining cheese. Chop and serve.
