ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE WITH CHEESE (350 G)

 250 g Zucchini
 20 g Onion
 40 g Mozzarella (any white cheese)
 5 g Chives
 1 tbsp whole wheat flour
 1 Eggs
 1 tsp Olive oil

Preheat the oven to 200C;

Three zucchini on a medium grater, green and onion finely chopped. And mix together;

Mix flour with eggs and olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste;

Lubricate the baking dish with olive oil. Pour vegetables to the bottom. Pour the dough and put in the oven for 15 Minutes. We take out and sprinkle with grated cheese;

Bake another 15 Minutes, depending on the depth of the baking dish you are using.
