 60 g Chickpeas or lentils
 Parsley, chives, cilantrotaste
 1 tbsp Olive oil
 ½ tsp Caraway
 ¼ Coriander
 Lemon juicetaste
 ½ Red onion
 150 g Zucchini
 100 g Cucumber
 1 tsp Balsamic
 Salt taste
 Peppertaste
Falafel:

Chickpeas or lentils can be soaked overnight and boiled until cooked or soaked for a day and not cooked;

Grind chickpeas / lentils in a blender, mix mashed potatoes with herbs, lemon juice, oil and spices. We roll the balls from the dough and, if possible, put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then bake in an oven preheated to 180С for 30 Minutes(maybe less - it depends on the oven. The main thing is not to dry);

Salad:

Cut zucchini into thin strips and fry in a dry pan for several minutes on each side;

Onion and cucumber cut into thin strips, combine with zucchini and season with oil, balsamic vinegar and spices.
