 200 g White fish
 50 g Carrot
 50 g A tomato
 50 g Black eyed peas
 50 g Eggplant
 50 g Zucchini
 2 tsp Vegetable oil
 Lemon juicetaste
 Salt taste
 Spices taste
 Herbstaste

Preheat the oven to 180-200C. Wash, peel and pickle the fish in lemon juice, spices, herbs. Bake in the oven for 15 - 20 Minutes;

Coarsely chop all vegetables into cubes and simmer for 10 minutes with spices. Add oil at the end.
