
1 cup Oat flour
1 cup Whole Grain Flour
1 cup Dried fruits (optional)
300 ml Water
100 g Raw peanuts
A pinch of salt

Soak peanuts for a couple of hours in water. Then grind it with a blender filled with water.

Grind dried fruits with a blender.

Sift the flour, add chopped dried fruits, salt, peanut mixture, lemon juice, baking powder to it. The dough will be sticky and thick.

Bake 40 - 50 Minutes at 170 C.

For decoration, you can take cocoa, coconut oil, a little milk - cook the icing, decorate with dried fruits.
