 2 Eggs
 30 g Lettuce
 ½ A tomato
 1 Cucumber
 ½ Carrot
 1 Olive oil
 1 tbsp Vinegar
 Salttaste
 Peppertaste

In boiling water in a saucepan with vinegar, make a funnel with a whisk and pour one egg from the vessel into the spinning funnel. Cook each egg for 7 - 10 Minutes, so that the protein sets, and the yolk remains liquid;

We make a salad of vegetables, season with oil and spices. We lay eggs on top and serve with whole wheat bread (bread can be fried in a dry pan until crisp).
