 50 g Durum Wheat Spaghetti
 150 g Veal minced meat
 100 g A tomato
 20 ml Coconut Cream (optional)
 Glove of garlic
 50 g Cucumber
 30 g Lettuce(iceberg)
 20 g Greens(dill, parsley, cilantro)
 Sea salttaste
 Peppertaste
 Lemon juicetaste
 Basiltaste
 2 tsp Olive oil
 50 g Sweet pepper
Vegetarian option:
 100 g Tofu
For spaghetti:

Boil spaghetti strictly according to the time indicated on the package.

Add the whole garlic to the pan with a non-stick coating (you can crush it with a knife beforehand, so it will smell off faster) for several minutes, then add the minced meat and fry for another 5 - 7 Minutes, adding a little water if it burns. Remove the garlic.

Finely chop the tomato. Add to the pan to the minced meat with spices, basil and cream (if used). Stew until the meat sauce is ready.

Add the finished spaghetti and darken under a closed lid for a couple of minutes all together.

For the salad:

Make a salad of cucumber, lettuce, pepper, herbs, spices and olive oil. Serve with spaghetti with bolognese sauce.

Vegetarian option:

Porridge or pasta (150 g) + tofu (100 g) + vegetables (150 g) + olive oil (1 tsp)

Finely chop the tofu or with a fork. Stew in the same way as minced meat, adding tomato and coconut cream immediately (optional).
