 60 g Durum Wheat Spaghetti
 1 Egg
 50 g A tomato
 5 g Butter
 20 g Fresh herbs(parsley, dill or cilantro)
 Sea salttaste
 Peppertaste
 Basiltaste
 50 g Seaweed*
 50 g Sweet pepper
 50 g Cucumber
 1 tsp Olive oil
For spaghetti:

Boil spaghetti, but do not boil (strictly on time on the packaging). Salt, pepper, add butter.

Make hard-boiled egg.

Dice the tomato, stew in a dry frying pan with basil for 5 Minutesunder the lid and add to spaghetti. Lay the egg on top.

For salad:

Finely chop the pepper and cucumber. Combine vegetables with seaweed, season with olive oil and spices.

* Buy seaweed without additives or do it yourself. To do this, soak dry kelp in cold water at night. In the morning, rinse several times with running water from sand, put on a sieve to glass water. You can season the cabbage with olive oil, balsamic, salt and pepper.
