
30 g Green beans
¼ Sweet pepper
1 Egg
50 g Tuna in its own juice
½ A tomato
3 Anchovies, fillets(optional)
30 g Lettuce
4 Olives

1 tsp Wine vinegar
60 g Cauliflower
60 g Broccoli
Lemon juicetaste

For dressing: mix olive oil with vinegar and beat with a fork until emulsion. Finely chop the garlic and basil and add to the oil with vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste and set aside to insist;

Set the egg to cook for 10 Minutes after boiling;

While the egg is boiling, heat the pan and grease it with olive oil using a pastry brush or cotton pad;

Fry the beans in a pan and sprinkle a little lemon juice at the end;

In a plate we spread lettuce, fried beans, chopped pepper, half-sliced onions, halves of olives, quarters of eggs, quarters of tomato, anchovies, cut into 3-4 parts, and finely chopped tuna;

Pour the dressing on top and serve to the table with cauliflower and steamed broccoli and whole wheat bread.
