
130 g Potatoes
150 g Chicken liver
40 g Onion
3 g Butter
50 g Fresh herbs(parsley, dill or cilantro)
50 g Carrot
150 g Sauerkraut(without vinegar)
1 tsp Olive oil

For potatoes with liver:

Peel and boil potatoes until tender. Salt already boiling water;

Wash the chicken liver, stew in a pan with butter, onions, herbs 10 - 15 Minutes
. Put to the potatoes. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and salt.
For carrot and sauerkraut salad:

Grate carrots on a coarse grater. Mix with cabbage. Salt, pepper and season with olive oil and crumble finely fresh herbs.
Vegetarian option: Potatoes (100 g) with tuna (100 g), carrots (50 g) and sauerkraut (150 g)

Knead tuna with a fork , season with 1 tsp olive oil, salt, lemon juice and add to potatoes .
