PASTA (100 G READY-MADE) WITH TOMATO AND BEAN SALAD (250 G)

 50 g Durum Wheat pasta
 50 g Green beans
 1 Tomatoes
 1 tsp Basil (can be dried)
 40 g Arugula
 10 g Walnut
 30 g Mozzarella/Tofu (optional)
 1 tsp Olive oil
 1 tsp French mustard (or balsamic vinegar)

Cook the pasta until fully cooked and season with ½ tbsp. olive oil. In the recipe, we need 100 g of ready-made pasta;

If necessary, defrost the beans and fry for a couple of minutes in a hot frying pan with spices to taste. Or steam;

We mix chopped tomato, cooked beans, arugula, finely chopped cheese in a dish;

Separately, we make the sauce: ½ tbsp. mix olive oil with mustard, crushed nuts, basil, sea salt and pepper (optional). Dress the salad with sauce and serve with pasta.
