80 g Cauliflower
50 g Green beans
30 g Corn (fresh or frozen)
70 g Carrot
65 g Pike perch(any fillet of white or red fish)
25 g Beans(instead of fish for vegans)
1 tsp Olive oil
1 tsp Sesame
1 tsp Lemon juice

Cook the pasta until cooked and season with oil;

Pickle the fish in lemon juice, sprinkle sesame seeds on top;

We sort cabbage into inflorescences, clean beans from roots, and cut carrots in rings 0.5 cm thick. We send vegetables and fish to a double boiler for 20 Minutes (you can also put vegetables and fish in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil and put in the oven).
