
Yogurt Bowl:
4 tbsp Oatmeal (flattened / not instant)
300 ml Organic yogurt without additives(replacement: vegetable)
2 tbsp Cherry juice(or any red berries)
2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
50 g Nuts
2 tsp Honey
Chocolate mousse:
1 Avocado
150 g Banana
3 tsp Cocoa(not sweet)
2 tsp Coconut flakes

Mix yogurt with cherry juice and honey (using a blender or fork). Yogurt should acquire a soft pink color;

In a serving container (you can take two separate bowls or one large one), mix the oatmeal with the yogurt mixture. Mix and put in the refrigerator overnight (or at least an hour in the morning);

In the morning, finely chop the nuts, put them in a circle;

We decorate the middle with pomegranate seeds. Spread the heart, as an option 🙂
* To nuts and pomegranate did not sink in yogurt - to feed the lazy can put oatmeal in the freezer for a few minutes

Clean and cut avocados into small pieces;

In a blender, mix banana, avocado and cocoa. Bring to a homogeneous mass;

Pour mousse into shapes and decorate with coconut chips on top.
