30 g Oatmeal(flattened or cereal)
20 g Walnuts
100 g Berries(blueberries, raspberries, currants)
50 g Banana
200 ml Organic yogurt 2.5%
1 tsp Honey

Put oatmeal in the bowl, add nuts and a banana. Grind in a blender until smooth with yogurt and honey. Leave to insist, ideally at night. If not possible, grind the flakes first, then add the rest of the ingredients. And let it brew for
20 - 30 Minutes while breakfast is being prepared.
