 150 g Pumpkin
 20 g Date fruit
 40 g Millet groats
 100 ml Organic yogurt 1.5% (instead of milk)
 10 g Pumpkin seeds
 Nutmeg taste

Cut the pumpkin, boil in water for 10 - 15 Minutes[/cooked-timer, add the date (2 pcs) and millet groats (in dry form), cook for another 10 - 15 Minutes, add nutmeg, cardamom to taste, at the end of cooking add soy or almond milk * without sugar, if desired or when serving, add 100 ml of organic yogurt 1.5% without additives;

Serve garnished with pumpkin seeds.
