 200 g Mackerel
 30 g Bulgur
 70 g A tomato
 40 g Onion
 70 g Cucumber
 20 g Dill or parsley
 1 tsp Olive oil
 Sea salttaste
 Peppertaste

Wash and dry the mackerel fillet with a paper towel. Pickle in lemon juice and grate with salt. Preheat the oven to 200 C.

Cook bulgur until cooked in a ratio of water 1: 2 in salt water .

Put the fish in a baking dish and put in the oven for 25 Minutes

Finely chop the tomato, cucumber, onion, greens with a knife. Combine with slightly cooled bulgur, season with oil, salt and pepper.

Tabula served with fish.
