30 g Bulgur
70 g A tomato
40 g Onion
70 g Cucumber
20 g Dill or parsley

Wash and dry the mackerel fillet with a paper towel. Pickle in lemon juice and grate with salt. Preheat the oven to 200 C.

Cook bulgur until cooked in a ratio of water 1: 2 in salt water .
