 100 g Mackerel fillet
 50 g Carrot
 60 g Celery(stem)
 60 g Sweet pepper
 30 g Green onion
 ½ tsp Dried basil
 Sea salttaste
 1 tsp Lemon juice
 25 g Bulgur

Mackerel fillet wash and dry with a paper towel. Pickle in lemon juice and rub with salt. Preheat the oven to 200 С;

Bulgur cook in the ratio of water 1:2 until tender;

Finely chop the onion, mix with basil. Dress herbs bulgur;

Put the fish in a baking dish and put in the oven for 10 Minutes. After we take out and put on the fish seasoned bulgur, grated carrots, celery and pepper. Bake all together for another 10 Minutes until the fish is ready.
