 50 g Fresh Spinach
 20 g Red onion
 50 g Celery(stem)
 50 g Champignon mushrooms
 30 g Carrot
 10 g Cranberries (dried / fresh)
 1 tsp Honey
 1 tsp Olive oil
 Lemon juicetaste
 Salt and peppertaste

Cut the onion in half rings and pickle for a couple of minutes in lemon juice to remove the bitterness;

We mix spinach with celery, mushrooms, grated carrots, cranberries and onions;

Mix oil with honey and lemon juice. Salt and pepper dressing to taste. Dress the salad.
