 60 g Oat groats
 1 tsp Flax seeds
 Walnuts (almonds)
 150200 ml Organic yogurt 2.5%
 150 g Berries(raspberries, blueberries)
 100 g Pear
 1 tsp Honey

In the evening, combine oatmeal with yogurt, crushed nuts, honey, seeds, berries and pieces of pear. Cover it all and leave to insist on the night outside the refrigerator so that it is not cold.
