30 g Hummus (purchased or home ) **
40 g Carrot
30 g Cucumber
30 g Whole wheat bread
100 g Banana
50 ml Organic yogurt 2.5%
50 g Blueberries(or any other berries, pear or persimmon)
15 g Dark Chocolate 80%

For hummus with vegetables:

for home hummus, boil chickpeas soaked for a couple of hours, add tikhin (1 tsp per 100 g chickpeas), salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste. Mashed everything until smooth.
