 300 ml Vegetable oil
 150 ml Milksoy or any other vegetable
 1 tbsp Ready mustard
 23 tbsp Lemon juice
 Salttaste

Combine milk and butter in a bowl;

Beat with a submersible blender for several seconds to get a homogeneous emulsion.

Add salt, mustard, lemon juice and beat again with a blender at high speed. You will see how the mixture begins to thicken right before your eyes;
