 1 tsp Sesame
 100 g An Apple

 150 g Berries(currants, raspberries, blueberries)
 1 tsp Honey

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cover a baking sheet or baking dish with parchment paper.

Coarsely chop the walnuts. Mix cereal, nuts, coconut, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, sesame seeds.
