 2 Eggs
 70 g Tomato (or cherry tomatoes)
 30 g Black olives
 70 g Cucumber
 30 g Couscous
 30 g Arugula
 10 g Feta *
 Sea salt taste
 Peppertaste
 1 tsp Olive oil

Steam couscous with boiling water so that the water covers the cereal. Leave on for 10 Minutes. At the end, salt and pepper.

Cook the fried eggs in a dry frying pan without oil, if necessary, add a little water or boil hard-boiled eggs.

Cut the tomato into cubes (cherry into halves), cut the cucumber into cubes, combine with arugula and olives. Sprinkle with lemon juice and oil, sprinkle with feta.

* Feta can be frozen, and then removed as necessary and rub into dishes. Thus, the cheese will last longer and in cooking (and for taste) it will need less.
