
80 g Fillet(chicken or turkey)

25 g Bulgur
100 g Spinach(frozen or fresh)
100 g Peas(frozen or fresh)

Cutlets:

We put the oven to warm up to 180C;

Cut the onion. Meat and onion in a blender or meat grinder;

Add the egg and salt, pepper and spices to the minced meat - to taste;

We form cutlets, put on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 20 Minutes.
Mashed potatoes:

Pre-defrost the spinach, squeeze out the excess liquid and fry with peas with 2 tsp. butter until soft spinach. If fresh spinach - immediately into the pan.

In a blender, grind spinach, peas, prepared bulgur and spices (including mustard) to taste. Tomato can be crushed finely on top or added to mashed potatoes.
