Beat the egg with a whisk, mix with flour, salt and cottage cheese in a homogeneous mixture.

Pour an equal amount of vegetables into silicone or metal portions and pour in the egg-curd mixture. Bake in the oven for 15 - 20 Minutes at 150 C or until the muffins greatly increase in volume. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, and then remove the muffins from the mold and serve.
