100 g Chinese cabbage
1 tsp French mustard
1 tsp Soy sauce

Boil chicken or quickly fry (in a dry frying pan, of course :)) until fully cooked (the broth can be frozen and used for other recipes by adding bay leaves and spices to the water first);

Mix honey and soy sauce with mustard, salt and herbs;

Peking cabbage to separate into separate leaves, grease each leaf with sauce, lay chicken and julienne cucumber on top. Roll everything up and put in the refrigerator for 10 Minutes.
