 23 Champignons
 ½ Pepper(can be frozen)
 ¼ Onion

 1 tsp Olive oil

 65 g Chicken fillet(or turkey fillet)
 1 tsp Sesame
 Lemon juicetaste

Cook millet porridge until cooked;

While porridge is cooked, cut onions, peppers and mushrooms and sauté in olive oil over high heat so that the mushrooms do not have time to let the juice, but rather fry;

Mix the prepared porridge with onions, mushrooms, pepper and finely chopped herbs;

Finely chop the chicken fillet and marinate in lemon juice and spices for 10 Minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fry on a hot dry frying pan on all sides until golden brown for 10 - 15 Minutes.
