CHEESE PANCAKES (SYRNIKI)

 150 g CURD
 1 Egg
 2 tbsp Whole wheat flour (oat)
 1 tbsp Soaked raisins
 1 tsp Olive oil
 1 tsp Honey
 1 tbsp Sour cream
1

Knead the curd with a tablespoon until smooth. Add egg and raisins;

While stirring the mass with a fork, carefully pour in the flour. Depending on the consistency - increase or decrease the amount of flour;

Pre-grease the pan with olive oil, using a pastry brush or just a cotton pad. We put on a small fire;

Separate the desired part of the curd mass with hands moistened with water, form curd pancakes and lightly roll in flour / semolina on a flat plate on both sides;

Fry cheesecakes on both sides over low heat, so that the inside is well-fried;

Serve with sour cream
