 1 Cereal bread
 30 g Greenery
 30 g Mozzarella(for vegans: hummus)
 ½ A tomato
 20 g Pomegranate seeds

Mozzarella is fried in a dry frying pan until golden brown (it is possible without, but when frying, the cheese acquires a creamy taste);

Put greens, tomatoes, cheese or hummus on bread rolls, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.

Paste a snack once a day for a long period between breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner
