20 g Basil (fresh)
60 g Cucumber
30 g Mozzarella
50 g Whole wheat bread
1 tsp Olive oil

Cut the tomato and mozzarella into half rings. Put the cheese on the tomatoes. Garnish with basil on top. You can put the salad on lettuce leaves.

Combine olive oil, balsamic, sea salt and pepper. Pour over the salad and serve with bread and cucumber.
