120 g Mozzarella
1 tsp Olive oil

For homemade pesto sauce:

Basil - 50g-70g;
Parmesan (any hard flavoring cheese) - 50g;
Olive oil - to taste;
Garlic - 1 clove;
Pine nuts (any, except peanuts) - 40g;
Sea salt to taste. All mix/
For sauce:

Basil, grated cheese, garlic, nuts and olive oil, grind in a blender until a homogeneous consistency;

Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into half rings, spread the mozzarella on top of the tomato and top with pesto, balsamic vinegar and olive oil (optional).
